Before we ever take your dog on a walk, we come and meet you both — for free, with no obligation. The meet & greet is the most important step in getting it right, and it tells you a lot about a walker. Here’s exactly what to expect from ours.
It happens in your dog's own home
We come to you, so your dog is relaxed on home turf and we can see their normal environment, where leads and food live, and how they react to a new person calmly.
We learn your dog inside out
We’ll ask about their routine, feeding, health, any medication, recall, and how they are with other dogs and people — including any nervousness, reactivity or past issues. The more we know, the safer and happier their walks.
Your dog gets to know us
Just as important: your dog starts building trust with us, so the first walk isn’t with a stranger. We go at their pace.
We check it's the right fit
We’ll be honest about whether group walks or solo walks suit your dog best, and answer all your questions — it’s a good moment to run through the questions worth asking any walker and see our accreditations.
No pressure, no obligation
The meet & greet is genuinely free and there’s no obligation to book. If we’re not the right fit, that’s completely fine — your dog’s wellbeing comes first.
